Tata Motors has developed a complete range of fully-built, ready-to-use municipal application vehicles catering to various municipal services such as health and sanitisation, solid waste collection and transportation, town maintenance, and water supplies, said a company release here. Tata Motors has been catering to the municipal sector by supplying basic chassis to various municipal bodies and contractors. The sector has become a focused area for the company, it said.
